Dear Parents - The Protocol for arena will be sent out one week prior to start of season, with things changing continuously ,we want to have up to date information from EOHU and Arena Management. Heo in there last Bulletin stated that players can participate in private instruction programs ,so we have added in skill development to our sessions to follow guidelines.

 

NORTH STORMONT ARENA – COVID - 19 GUIDELINES
• Players and coaches will be allowed to enter the arena 15 minutes before the ice rental time.
• Mask must be worn by all persons entering and leaving the arena
• Please sanitize upon entering
• Players/coaches/visitors are to enter the arena by the front doors players are to go directly to their assigned dressing room and are to leave the arena by way of the closest exit door to the players dressing room.
• Team representative is to ask health questions and keep a record of each player who attended the game. And leave list with the arena attendant.
• Players to come to the arena with as much equipment on as they can.
• Dressing room #5 and #6 - 8 players max and each player must be 6ft. apart.
• Dressing room #1 and #2 - 10 players max and each player must be 6ft apart.
• Dressing room #3 – 5 players max. and each player must be 6ft apart.
• Players/coaches/visitors must be out of the dressing rooms 15 minutes after their ice rental time -
• Teams are to pickup any tape or garbage in the dressing room.
• No showers.
• Players are to bring their own filled and labeled water bottles with their name from home.
• Any equipment or water bottles left in any of the change rooms will not be kept.
• Players may remove their mask in the dressing room before going out on to the ice (leave mask in a container if possible)
• Players are to remain in the dressing rooms till the ice sheet is ready and all ice gates are closed.
• When the players/coaches ice time is done and they have returned to the dressing room they may keep their mask off until they have caught their breath.
• When leaving the dressing room after the players ice time the players masks are to be put back on.
• 1 parent/guardian for a player no visitors or other family members.
• Players 14 and over are asked to enter the arena without a parent/guardian.
• Parents/guardian are to leave the building immediately after their child’s ice rental using the closes exit door.
• No spitting anywhere in the building.
• One Parent per child and must go to designated area following protocol on where you can watch the sessions.
